Effective meditation is proved to have many, many benefits. Some of these benefits are, reduced stress, better heart rate, normalize blood pressure, increase clarity, better overall body and brain performance, healing qualities, and the list goes on and on. (read more in the blog).
Now let me speak from personal experience….meditation has been “that thing” that has drastically changed my life. With at least a decade of practice, I can vouch for its healing benefits. I can also say that I am less stressed, I am able to handle multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed, I have more clarity, I perform better in my work duties (and other duties ;)), I am more patient in sticky situations and literally my overall health and quality of life has improved because of it.
Benefits of a Personal Meditation Coach
Let’s face it, meditation is free. It doesn’t cost a thing and all you need is your breath. However, in some cases, it is very beneficial to have a coach to meditate with and guide you through your practice. A meditation coach:
- Is also an accountability partner. In order to get good at anything, you must practice, practice practice. A coach is useful to help you show up and as an introduction to meditation, guide you through the process until you have developed the habit to continue on your own.
- Is there to answer many of the life questions that will arise during practice.
- Can point out areas that you can approve upon in order to have a better experience and provide personal meditation tips.
- Will increase energy. The Law of Reflection states: where two or more are gathered for the same purpose, the energy is increase. Is is good to (and highly recommended) to meditate with others.
